Opps!

I guess I neglected this blog, once again. LOL! I blogged for 13 days straight here, not so bad! I did continue to journal in a hand-written journal. I just love to write with a pen and paper more then on the PC.
I will attempt to start a blog again, but it will not be on this one because this was a challenge blog and I am past the 31 days in my life. I will link it for my readers. There may also be a personal one that I will invite certain people too because some things are just too personal to talk about for just any Crazy or Psycho to read. Some things are no one's business but whom I choose to tell and if any Crazy or Psycho want to snoop and then pass comments on things that do not pertain to them then two can play at game. You know what, I am done with playground baby bullshit. If any Crazy or Psycho what to continue being children when they are supposed to be grown adults then they can sit in their playpens together and play their games. I am too much of an adult with too many responsibilities in my life to play their childish games.
All of you that matter in my life know where and how to find me. I love you all! Thanks for being such great friends, well, family!

Just Irked...

I guess that since this a a daily blog and it is just a mosh posh of topics I have vent here too. I can really give a rats ass who reads this and I know that it will be read and commented on. If you have a problem with me confront me. Be the adult that you should!
I am sick of the bullshit and the slanderous lies!! In the past my sister has been called a stripper (mind you she was only about 14 when this was stated by someone that has never laid eyes on her) I have been referred to as a coke whore one too many times (this is from a person that sat in my home and told me about how good it was to pop RX pain killers and how they are needed for the person to function) and now there has been a fire lit in me that I do not think I will be able to contain too well. Believe me, I am going to confront this person as soon as I see them (and it is soon!) I have sat back and ignored the bullshit for way too long. I tried to take the high road and ignore the few uneducated, jealous, liars but now, maybe it is because I am pregnant and have like zero patience for shit anymore, I just can't take it anymore.
I hope that people keep running their mouths because it is just going to build and build until someone snaps, then watch out world because there is going to be one hell of a show!
You can come back later, tomorrow, in a week, month or year and this still will be here, so copy, paste, print screen, what ever you want, I don't take back things I say because I only say what I mean, even if my views change in the future, it was still true and how I felt when I said it. I don't have to lie to gain friendships, if you can call lying to people all over the Internet making friends, lies beget lies and then the lies get so big that you cannot remember what you lies about and then that is when things need to disappear so you can say, "I never said it! Prove it!" I don't lie, so I don't need to prove shit. Hell, if I want to vent about my husband, daughter, mother, brother, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, parent-in-laws or whomever else in the world, it is my business. You are the pathetic one that tries to send others things to cause trouble and animosity. Anything I say to someone else or type somewhere I will say to some one's face too. If your being a fucking asshole and a bitch and I say it to someone or type it somewhere, believe me, I would say it to your face. Issues that I may be having with people at one time or another is my business and not yours, especially if you are nowhere around at the time of the incident or if you are trolling around looking to cause trouble.
As they say, misery loves company, but I will never be miserable like you and you can never make that happen.
For all my friends that come here, I am sorry to vent but I just needed too. I JUST KNOW that there will be something written about this VERY SOON too. It just proves that people really have no lives but to follow me around and constantly coment on my life.

Day 13.

I have not been blogging for the past few days because I have been busy. The weekends are the hardest to blog, or do much on the computer because that is deemed family time. Michael, Addison and I do so many different things together, all day long on the weekend. Whether it is starting the day by watching him coach, heading to the playground, running basic errands, playing outside, doing craft stuff in the house (if the weather is not nice), having play dates with friends and their children, visiting family, going to the gym for workouts and family swim, going to church on Sunday mornings and over to Dennis' later on to watch football or going to the mall to walk around (when it is not nice out), we are always trying to do something together.
This weekend was the exception, well in the evening. This weekend Addison had a Daddy/Daughter weekend during the evenings. Friday I left at 5PM to go with a friend to demonstrate a Tastefully Simple party. It took up about 2.5 hours to get there with traffic, it was not a fun drive. It was not very close so I think I finally got in after midnight. That evening Michael took Addison to the playground and then watched some of the High School football team's Homecoming game. After that they came home, played a bit and Addison went to sleep. On Saturday evening I went into NYC to meet 2 friends from scrapbooking site that I belong to. We went to dinner, Time Square and The Empire State Building; It was a blast. Michael had to coach a game but he brought Addison with him and a fellow coaches wife (whom we are wonderful friends with, they introduced Michael and I and were in our wedding party, I think that they may be the new baby's Godparents too) and her kids kept an eye on Addison and played with her at the playground during the game. After the game Michael brought Addison home, fed her dinner, gave her a bath, played with her a bit and put her to sleep. I did not get in until about 12:40 because there were track issues on the train and then I had to walk about 8-9 blocks to my car because the train I was on was having issues and they stopped the line early.
I had my OB visit today and I am up 2 lbs in 4 weeks, not bad, 0.5 a week, right on target. Everything is prefect with me and Tad!!

Day 9

So last night was a long one. I picked up MJ and Amy at the airport and then was got a little lost going back to Queens from Whole Foods, in NYC, but we made is. I wound up getting home a little after midnight. Michael put Addison in her jammies and straight in her crib, she was pretty much asleep already. LOL!
It was so great to finally meet MJ. She is such a sweetie! She is more then I envisioned. I have to say that she and I are very much alike. LOL! We have plans to go out to dinner and sight see on Saturday evening! I can't wait!
Today I have a little reprieve from kids, thank God!! Since today is Yom Kippur I do not have Nathan and Catherine because their cousin, that lives with them is off school too and she is watching them. Lauren will be leaving in about 40 minutes to go to see and get acclimated to her new school/daycare that she is starting on Tuesday. I think I am going to take advantage of that and head out to the gym with Addison from 11-12!!
Lauren should be back between 12:30 and 1 today. I will feed the girls lunch and it will be nap time for them both. While they are sleeping I am going to do a Turbo Jams and WATP DVD. I need to get things going again, I missed 2 days at the gym. I am hoping to get back tot he gym this evening too so I can swim for about an hour!
Well, I am off to make breakfast for us all and get ready for the gym. updates to come later!
I made it to the gym from 11-12 and I busted my hump! I felt good but exhausted!
The rest of the day was pretty ok. I got back to the house as Lauren got back from her time at the new school/daycare (she went for an hour to get acclimated to it) and then I made lunch for the girls. By the time they were done with lunch they were exhausted. I put Lauren in the crib with her bottle and then cleaned up Addison and got her ready for her nap. She fought going to sleep for about 1 hour and then finally passed out. When she did fall asleep she slept for over 2 hours. When she woke up she had a small snack and then we got dressed and headed out the Michael's scrimmage in a neighboring village. We really did not watch the game though because Addison wanted to play in the playground that was down the hill from the field.
Addison and I ran around so much. I know that I definitely earned another 2 points running all over the over an hour. When we got home I gave Addison her dinner (macaroni and meat sauce, one of her favorites) While she was eating Michael headed to Taco Bell because I was craving it. LOL! (gotta love pregnancy!!)When Michael got home I was just getting Addison out of the bath because she was covered head to toe in sauce. LOL! We let her watch a little more TV while we ate and then we put her in her crib, this was about 9. She was not very happy so by 10 Michael went in there, talked to her (she was thirsty and wanted some water, which he gave her, all the while I was catching up on The Biggest Loser from Wednesday night that Michael DVRed for me!) After she drank her water Michael decided to rock her for a little while. Within 20 minutes she was snoring in his arms. He came out just as I was finishing TBL so then we watch Criminal Minds (he DVRed that too!) After that... bed!!

Day 8

So it is 9 AM! I have been up since 7. I walked Chanel and watched a little morning news. I am now starting to get a little hungry so I think I am going to put some water on for tea and figure out what to eat for breakfast.
Catherine is here and sleeping away in the swing. I have to get her in the bedroom before Lauren gets here and Addison wakes up. Speaking of Addison, she was up at 7:30this morning, I never thought that she would have fallen back to sleep, especially for this long! I really think that she is going through a growth spurt. She was asleep by 9:30 last night and she took a nap from 1:30-4 yesterday. Strange! Heck, I should not complain! LOL!
Well there was no gym for me yesterday, and it is impossible to get out for a walk with 3 little ones, especially where I live since the only sidewalks in town are on busy roads and to get to them we have to walk in the street. Sorry but I will not let Addison or Lauren walk in the street. We all know toddlers and they can let go of a hand at any moment and try to walk or run off. I also can't see going for a nice long walk with the 2 bigger ones in the double jogger and me having to have Catherine strapped to me in the front carrier for that long. That would just mess my back up too much.
I am planning 90 minutes to 2 hours at the gym today though. All the kids should be gone by about 4 PM so I will pack up Addison, a change of clothes and whatever else I need and head to the gym. If I am done working out and showered by 6:30 that gives me plenty of time. I will run back home with Addison, feed her dinner and then pack her in the car and head off to the airport to pick up Misty-Jo! Her flight lands at, just about, 9 PM so if I am there by 8:30 that is plenty of time. I will just park the car and go into baggage claim and wait for her. The airport should not be crowded so Addison can run around a play a little bit.
OK, Catherine is up and looking for a bottle and I am really starting to get hungry now. updates to come throughout the day....
So today was a VERY busy day for me. I started with just light dusting and vacuuming, well that turned into a 2 1/2 hour deal. I dusted EVERYTHING in the house and I vacuumed everything. I pulled out all the furniture, went along all the baseboards and the ceiling corners to get and cobwebs (I live in the house of spiders!) I had to do 2 washes around back because it would not fit into my small washer and dryer. Addison must have taken her diaper off at some time last night or early this morning and Michael and I did not notice because when she finally woke up this morning (10:45) she was all wet, as well as a blanket, a pillow and the sheet and mattress cover. So I had to strip her bedding, gave her a bath and then decided that I was going to strip our bedding too and wash it. So I did that and headed down to the laundry room with the 3 girls. Not an easy feat. LOL!
Nathan was getting out of school at 11:00 so I knew that I needed to make lunch for 4(Addison, Lauren, Nathan and myself) so I started on a small marinara sauce and boiling water for whole wheat pasta. By the time that was done it was 11:45 by 11:45 the kids were all eating lunch, I was cleaning up from cooking and straightening up the living room for the third time (gotta love toddlers!). After lunch I had to wash up Lauren and Addison, clean the dining table, Addison chair, the high chair that Lauren used and all the dishes.
By about 1 PM Nathan went out to play with all the kids and Lauren went down for her nap, I , once again, cleaned up the living room. LOL! Addison was up and playing with Chanel and her Baby Ruby doll. I decided to go into Addison's room and start to reorganize things. I was actually just looking at things that needed to be done in there. We need to buy her a new dresser. The dresser we bought her was good for small baby clothes but now her clothes are getting too big to all fit. I guess we will go to Ikea soon and buy her a new dresser and keep this one for the new baby. My mother is also going to buy her storage bin type shelving for Christmas which will be great for her shoes, stuffed animals and other toys. I know where I am putting her toy box, so it gets out of the living room, that will be great to me. By then it was 2PM and I decided to take a few minutes for me. I sat down at my scrap space, journaled on the last LO that I did last night and put together another one that I had planned to do last night. After that Catherine woke up so I changed her, fed her and played with her for a bit.
At about 3PM I had to go to the bathroom so I put Catherine in the swing and headed off to the bathroom and that is when Hurricane Addison hit!! By the time I got out of the bathroom (not 5 minutes later) Addison was covered head to top in tomato guts, as well as my living room carpeting and ottoman (that poor ottoman goes through hell!!) I was LIVID, to say the least.
I stripped Addison down. gave her, ANOTHER, bath, dressed her and put her in her crib (she actually fell asleep and slept until 6!) Once I put her down I pulled out the steam cleaner (because I hadn't done enough already) I steam cleaned the carpeting and the ottoman, it must have taken about 45 minutes to do in total. In that time Anna, Nathan and Catherine's cousin, came to pick them up and Lauren woke from her nap. I left Lauren in the pack and Play until I finished cleaning. After that I took her out, changed her diaper, gave her a snack and then we played for a little bit.
Mike came in not too much longer later and he told me to sit and relax and he would entertain Lauren, so I sat and read my Parenting magazine. Lauren's mom came at about 5:15, I ate me dinner and Mike then left for the gym at about 5:45. No gym for me, I need to feed Addison, take a shower and get ready to leave for the airport to pick up MJ!

Day 7

Good Morning! It really isn't a good one for me, why, you may ask.... I have ANOTHER HEADACHE!!! I FREAKING HATE WAKING UP WITH HEADACHES!! So I was up at 6 AM and then was in and out of sleep until 8. My head is hurting so bad that I did not want to get out of bed but I knew that the dog needed to be walked. Well, stepping outside really woke me up. It is darn right cold outside!
So yesterday evening Michael and I talked to his parents in FL. they are so excited about the new baby and about us coming down in November. My MIL is constantly asking us if we are going to find out the gender of the baby. We keep telling her no. LOL! I told her that I was going to send her the latest ultrasound picture, so she can see the baby. Know what she said to me? "Good, I am going to blow it up and look over it with a magnifying glass, if I have to and see if I can figure it out myself." LMAO!! She SOOOOO wants us to have a boy, she even told us. LOL!! Only time will tell.
Well it sounds like my Little Angel is awake. I am off to get her out of her crib and start some water for tea and breakfast very soon.
I am shooting to get to the gym for, at least, 45 minutes this afternoon again. I am hoping to get in 45-60 min a day at the gym. If all goes well and the girls go down early enough, I may do a WATP or Turbo Jams DVD too!
On Another note, MJ will be here tomorrow evening!! I can't wait to meet her!!! We are going to have a great time this weekend!!!
So dinner was prepard by 12:15 today! GO ME!!! I made Sheppard's Pie. It is sooo yummy! I love making it because I know that everyone will eat it tonight and then tomorrow for lunch. (Mike may have to have it for dinner tomorrow because I will be heading to the airport to pick up Misty Jo, unless I feel motivated to cook early in the day again. LOL!)
Today has not been too bad. Addison woke on the wrong side of the bed this morning but worked herself out by about 10:30. The one thing they are constantly doing is destroying the living room. I think this weekend I am goin gto get the toybox into Addison's room. hey they can go to town in there all day. It will not be in my constant sight so I will not feel compelled to clean it constantly. They ate their lunch and Lauren went right down for her nap at about 12:45. Addison did not go into her room until 1:30 and then finally feel asleep at about 1:50.
Catherine has been fighting sleep all day adn has been a little cranky because of it. It seems that I have to swaddle her really tight and shh and sway her for her to fall asleep. I then have to keep it up for about 15 minutes after she falls asleep before I can put her down or she is waking right back up. This is not typical of her but I can deal. I have to say that the swaying has put a little knot in my back though. That's ok, Michael will rub it out tonight.

Day 6

So last night we received my sister's little toy Yorkie for the week. She dorms in NYC at school and my parents are away for the week so I offered to take the dog so she didn't have to be kenneled. So she had to sleep in the bed with Mike and I, which saw not too bad but I was afraid that Mike or I was going to roll on top of this little 3 lbs dog, so I did not sleep very well. At 7AM I was up and out to walk the dog. After that I headed to my doctor's appointment, for blood work only.
By the time I got back home I had a horrible headache, once again.
I pretty much just vegged out in the house with the girls today. I am planning on going to the gym after Lauren leaves (at abotu 5-5:30)
I went to the gym with Michael. He did weights I did cardio. After that I was sooo tired that I had no energy to cook, so we ordered in Chinese Food. I went with steamed chicken and broccoli with no sauce and white rice. My downfall, was that I ate an eggroll. LOL! I also had 1/2 a c of chiken noodle soup. Not the worst dinner ever! After dinner I took a shower and was asleep on the couch before 9:30. Michael woke me to go into the bedroom at about 11:15 and that was it!

Day 5

Well, I guess I missed a day. Yesterday was not the best day for me, I was not feeling all that well. I basically went to church with my family, came home and slept most of the day away. At 4PM we went over to a friends house, I only went because I did not feel like being alone, so Michael could watch the Dallas Cowboys game. I will think about the little that I did eat, I don't think That I went over 20 points, if that yesterday.
Today I am not too much better but I have to deal because it is Monday and I have children to watch. I will edit this post with food and water intake in a little while. I will also start another post for Day 6 later.

Day 4

Good Morning Everyone!!! Well it is Saturday morning and I thought that I would be able to sleep in a bit. Fat chance!! I was woken up at 4:30 by Addison and then at 5:30 from a weird dream. I managed to fall back to sleep for a while until our downstairs neighbor woke up. That man is such a pain in the ass!!! He has no idea how to talk at a normal ton (he is constantly yelling about something) and he can't close a door (he SLAMS everything) Well at 6:30 this morning I was almost knocked out of bed from the apartment shaking from him slamming the door going out and in to walk his dog. Now as I started to doze off Michael's alarm went off GRRRR!!!!) He had to get ready to meet a friend from breakfast before the football game started (they are coaches for a 3rd & 4th grade Pop Warner football team). They usually meet so they can talk about strategy and plays during the game. Well, he managed to turn up the alarm, not off. Bang and knock over a lamp and drop his glasses then cell phone. By then I was DEFINITELY awake!!
It is FREEZING here too. It is only 47 degrees. WTF!?! High, I know that I like Autumn but this weather is more like winter. I hate the cold! I am going to have to go get dressed in sweat pants a long sleeved shirt and a sweatshirt soon or I am going to freeze. LOL!
On a sadder note. Today is Dad's birthday. He would have been 60 today. I still miss him so very much. He has been gone over 4 1/2 years yet I still have his phone number programmed in my cell phone. I find myself still going to it to want to talk to him too. I miss his voice, his hugs, his laugh, his face and mostly him. I hate the fact that he was too sick to walk me down the aisle, too sick to dance the father/daughter dance with me and too sick to celebrate one of the most important days of my life with me. I hate that he passed away before he could meet his first granddaughter and that she will NEVER have the chance to meet one of the most the most wonderful, loving , caring and sincere men in the world (It is a tie between Dad and Michael). When I look at Addison I see Dad sometimes. She makes some expressions that he did and she just does things that make me think of him all the time.
Let's just hope that I can keep myself on track and not use food to console myself today. I really just need to keep busy. Dad was always the one behind the camera (He was such an incredible photographer) so there are tons of pictures of us children but not many with him. Here is my favorite picture of Dad and I as a child (he set up the tripod and timer and pulled me to the ground with all the Fall leaves around us)

... on to the diet and exercise portion of this blog. I am feeling pretty good today, so I think I am going to hit the gym for 45-60 minutes of cardio. It is was too cold out for me to go swimming and then leave there with wet hair, I do not want to get sick. I am going to do 30 minutes on the cross trainer, 15 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the StairMaster or strider. If I leave the stairs for last, I think I can manage to get it all done.
Well, I am off to make some breakfast (not too sure what I want yet). I also hear Addison rustling in her crib, so she should be up any minute! Hey, if she wakes now I can feed us both, get to the gym, workout, take a shower, blow dry my hair and make it to watch most of Micheal's football game! Addison loves going to his games and playing in the playground too!
So I see that other's have put up their before and after pics. I will do that too but I also want a current pic. I attempted to do it yesterday but the one pic that I did, on the timer, came out blurry so it will have to wait for later today. I will have Michael snap a few pics of me after the game, while we are at the playground with Addison.
So by the time that Addison actually woke up and ate her breakfast it was nearly 11AM. I decided to take her to the gym and forgo the playground (We can always go tomorrow after church!). We got to the gym about about 11:05, I dropped her in the playroom and went off to my workout. I did 30 minutes on the Strider. That thing kicks my butt!! after about 3 minutes I was sweating and was at a great cardio heart rate level. (Since I an pregnant I try to keep my heart rate no high then 146. IF it get higher, I slow down until I get to about 135 and then move up the speed and intensity again) I managed to do 2.4 miles and burn 347 k/cal in the 30 minutes. After that I decided that the stationary bike would be good to do. I did an Alpine trail circuit for 30 minutes. In the 30 minutes I went 7.19 miles and burned 200 k/cal (that is what the machine said but I think it could have been a bit more). I was exhausted yet energized after that . When I was done I took a quick shower, got Addison and headed home. Addison was very tired by the time we got in so She went down for a nap. She and Michael wound up sleeping until nearly 4:30. After that we all got dressed and went to run a few errands.
We went to the auto parts store and got a new head light for my truck. Then is was off to get gas for the truck. After that we went to the Maternity Store so I can get a couple of nursing bras (I am quickly growing out of my regular ones. LOL!) I also bout 3 nursing shirts. I bought light, short sleeved ones, since the baby will be here by mid to late April and they were on sale. I spent between $7 and 12 on each of them (that is a heck of a lot better then $25 each!). After that we were headed to The Cheesecake Factory for dinner (I had not eaten since the morning and was STARVING!) but it was PACKED so we left. We went to a diner near by. I did have a Coke because I had a headache and I could tell that is was a caffeine headache. I ate a big salad w/ very little dressing and go grilled chicken with roasted red peppers and melter mozzarella on it. I only ate about 4-5 bites because I was so full. Day 3

Can you believe it, I am actually blogging for the third day straight. LMAO!! Well, it is FREEZING here! WTH?!?! It is only Oct 3rd and I am freezing. Hell, I can't wait for Oct 15th, that is when the heat needs to be turned on by law in NY. That is the one con to living in am apartment, you can't control when you can turn on your heat. I have to say that I did not sleep too well again, this time was because I was so damn cold. Addison was taking in her sleep through part of the night (I guess she gets it from me! LOL!)and then she was up twice. As soon as she started to whine Michael jumped up and took care of her, it was great. Hell, the 3 or 4 times that I did get up to pee, it took me like 20-30 minutes just to warn back up and fall back to sleep. I need to get out and buy some flannel maternity jammies. I also need to pull out the winter blankets already. I HATE THE COLD. I love the snow but I hate the cold! I much rather be hot, because it does not bother me too much.
I just noticed that I forgot to share my new baby pictures (ultrasound) with you all yesterday! I promise to get them up here (and on a few MBs and my sb.c blog) some time today!!

It is so cold here that I do not know how I am going to get in all my water for the day. I am too cold to drink anything cold. I do have a 24oz cup of water out and am waiting for it to get to room temp and try to drink it but room temp here is only 62 so that is still cool.

Day 2

Good morning All!!
Last night was not the best night for me again. By 10:30 I was so sick. The nausea and the acid reflux was horribly. I think I finally passed out a little after midnight.
Addison was up about 3 times last night. I am not too sure why she kept waking but she did and every time I went in to console her, give her a kiss, cover her and make sure that she went back to sleep.
This morning I had a doctor's appointment. I was supposed to be going in for blood and ultrasound. Well, I get to my specialist and the ultrasound tech is not there, her car broke down and they do not think that she was going to make it. Now I have to call my OB and get in sometime today for an ultrasound. I am going to also have to see if I can get someone to help me with the kids too. there is no way that I can bring 3 under 3 to the OB with no help. LOL!

Everything worked out with the OB. My cousin came with me and helped with Lauren and Catherine while Addison came into the ultrasound with me. As soon as she saw the baby on the screen she was so excited. Addison was like, "Looks, it's my baby!!" The tech started to laugh. The tech then asked Addison where her baby was and she goes, "RIGHT THERE! In Mommy's belly!" It was so sweet that I started to tear up, I know, I'm a sap. So I had a little slip at the grocery store last night (it was raining and the floor was wet by the door) I am fine and the baby is fine buy my OB gave me strict instructions to take is easy for the next couple of days. No exercise, no gym, no extended walking, no lifting, no swimming and no sex until Saturday, unless I am still not feeling too good. She told me to take a couple of Tylenol if I am having any pain.
So the ultrasound was great. Tad has grown so very much. We were able to see the orbitals, jaw, arms, hands, legs, and feet. The tech told me that Tad's head is looking great (I go back in 11 days for another ultrasound and OB visit). Tad's heart rate was 152BPM and was measuring a couple of days ahead of schedule. The tech giggled the probe a bit and all of a sudden Tad started to move like there was no tomorrow. Tad was waving SHIM's arms up and down, kicking SHIM'S legs and squirming left and right. It was so cool!!! Only a couple of more weeks and I will definitely be able to feel it. I think that I am going to set up the camera on the tripod and get a couple of cute pg pics, since I am soooo showing already, LOL!
So I went over to a friend's house (who is also my beautician) and had her just clean up my hair a bit (I can't believe tha tall the layers grew out already!! My hair normally grows fast but when I am pregnant, watch out!). She jsut added a few little layers becasue I told her that I did not want the length taken up ant higher, I want it to grow through the rest of the pregnancy.
By the time that was done Michael was over to get Addisn and I so we could go get something to eat and stop at Barnes & Noble so I can get a new book. Dinner was not the best choice but Micheal let Addison choose and she wanted Mcdonald's. I had the Classic grilled Chicken Sandwich with no mayo and and I shared a small FF and Apple Dippers (no caramel dipping sauce for either of us) with Addison. it was not the best dinner ever, but that is ok.

Day 1

This blog has been created as a challenge from a friend. It is a blog to be used to journal my daily food intake, workouts and feelings. I told her that I will give it a noble try but I am unsure about getting in a blog everyday. Hell, it's worth a try!! So here I go!!



So I have basically been up since 2:45 AM. It seems that I get my morning sickness at night so that hinders me from falling asleep. Last night it started at about 10 PM and I did not finally fall asleep until midnight. At 2:45 I was promptly woken up with horrible acid reflux (I had the same thing with Addison). I guess it is just about time to get Pepsid Complete and keep a bottle of Mylanta next to my bed at night. I did fall back to sleep for 30 minutes from 6-6:30 and then again at 8-8:20 but now I am up for the day. I do have a bit of a headache but nothing too bad, thank God!



I guess I will be saving this blog and adding to it through the day with my food intake, workout and anything else that I feel like adding and then posting it every evening. I have rededicated myself back to the gym! Yesterday was the start of a new commitment to myself and my unborn child to try to stay as healthy as possible through the pregnancy. I do not want to let myself go. First because I have worked so hard to lose the weight that I have lost already. Second, I an still overweight and I do not want to develop any extra complications (more then what I already have to combat) that can come from being too over weight.

So it is finally time for me to sit down and eat some lunch, at 3 PM. Today has been a hectic one. Lauren and Addison have been arguing over so many things today. They have also managed to get a full 24 oz cup of water (a Starbucks cup with the lid on and straw) off the kitchen counter, while I was in the bathroom, fight over it and spill all the water all over the living room. Then Addison managed to get the computer armiore open (time for a child safety lock) grab a pen and draw on herself, Lauren and all over my ottoman. I swear I need to get new furniture and make it a dark color this time so I don't have to steam it 3 times a week!!! They have been like tornadoes in the house too. Every time I turn around something else is a mess and I need to clean! Between only sleeping 3 hours last night and being stressed from the kids (plus I think I was a little dehydrated) I started to cramp a bit. With that I gave the girls lunch and sent them off to bed , at about 1 PM. As soon as I got Addison down, Catherine woke. I changed her diaper, twice, (of course, you change the diaper and within 2 minutes they poop! That's babies for you!) warmed her bottle and fed her. After that Catherine and I just laid up on the couch for a while. Catherine's mother came to get her because she had her 2 month doctor appointment, at 2PM. When she left I just kind of vegged on the couch for a little bit. It was nice to just lay there and relax with my feet up. No TV, no music, no noise!!
Noticing the time, I finally got up to make myself some lunch, so I can eat it in peace and quiet. I know that it is just a matter of minutes that Addison will be up from her nap. Once both girls wake from their nap we are going to head out to Stew Leonard's to get some milk, eggs, yogurt, fruit and veggies. then we will head to Buy Buy Baby and get a couple of child safety locks. One for the PC armiore and One for the deep freezer. By the time I get in it will be time for Lauren to go home and hopefully Michael will be back from the doctor. I am not too sure if he will want to head to the gym, but I know I am going. I am definitely going to swim for, at least 30 minutes, after that I will have to see how I am feeling then decide on cardio.
Dinner is almost fully prepared. Rice is cooked, asparagus are steamed all I have to do is grill up the chicken breast and there is dinner. I think I am going to grill the chicken and then put it in some cream of chicken soup (Healthy Request) with some herbs and spices just to make it a bit differently.

Exercise for the day:
Well plans did not go as wanted. I never got to the gym because one of the little girls wound up being at my house until 6PM. When she left I had to go drop off clothes to a friend and was sat and chit chatted for about a half an hour, then I had to go to the grocery store. By the time I got in and put everything away it was after 8PM and I was too tired to push myself. I did pop in a 45 minute WATP DVD though!! So here is my Exercise for the day....
