Day 6

So last night we received my sister's little toy Yorkie for the week. She dorms in NYC at school and my parents are away for the week so I offered to take the dog so she didn't have to be kenneled. So she had to sleep in the bed with Mike and I, which saw not too bad but I was afraid that Mike or I was going to roll on top of this little 3 lbs dog, so I did not sleep very well. At 7AM I was up and out to walk the dog. After that I headed to my doctor's appointment, for blood work only.
By the time I got back home I had a horrible headache, once again.
I pretty much just vegged out in the house with the girls today. I am planning on going to the gym after Lauren leaves (at abotu 5-5:30)
I went to the gym with Michael. He did weights I did cardio. After that I was sooo tired that I had no energy to cook, so we ordered in Chinese Food. I went with steamed chicken and broccoli with no sauce and white rice. My downfall, was that I ate an eggroll. LOL! I also had 1/2 a c of chiken noodle soup. Not the worst dinner ever! After dinner I took a shower and was asleep on the couch before 9:30. Michael woke me to go into the bedroom at about 11:15 and that was it!

2 eggs = 4
1 bagle = 5
24oz water
Point on the day = 9
Fat free vanilla yogurt = 2
Fiber One Bar = 2
Points on the day = 13
4oz chicken = 4
1/2 c rice = 3
1/2 c broccoli = 0
1 egg roll = 5
1/2 c chicken noodle soup = 4(guessing)
24oz water
20oz water
Daily Point Total = 29
(I have not had the best appetite today, what-so-ever. I think it is becase of the headaches and migraine. I can't wait to be off these hormone supplements, then maybe my headaches and migraines will get better.)

Daily Exercise
30 minutes on the Total Body Cross Trainer = 2.29 miles 323 k/cal = 5
20 minutes on the Strider = 1.77 miles 220 k/cal = 4
